This Amendment to the Constitution of the State of Florida acknowledges and affirms the natural and unalienable rightof all Floridians to "keep and bear arms" without interference from the federal government, as specified by the "shall not infringe" clause of the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which is an absolute denial of authority to the federal government to encroach upon,violate, impede, restrict, regulate, control, or otherwise diminish this fundamental right.
